A healer. An herbalist. A woman who knew there was a fine line between remedy and poison. 🌿

This October, descend into her world as Undercroft transforms with overgrown botanicals, aged pages, strange remedies and traces of the woman who left them behind.

This October, her apothecary opens its doors once again.

BELLADONNA AT UNDERCROFT
October 6–31. 🕯️🌿

In the 1800s, a young woman opened an apothecary in this church basement.
Every drink on her shelf started as a remedy, but her patients soon realized her concoctions were no cures. People went missing. Strange sounds came from the forest. And they say some never made it out of the basement.
The woman and her concoctions were beautiful, but deadly.

They called her Belladonna.

The people behind the bar are as much a part of Undercroft as the cocktails they create.

Meet Kevin, one of the bartenders behind the craft, hospitality, and personality you’ll find downstairs. From thoughtfully made classics to the occasional “Kevin concoction,” he brings creativity and care to what he pours and an energy that makes guests feel right at home.

His quick wit and unmistakable smile are never far behind, and chances are you’ll leave the bar having laughed at least once.

Kevin is an incredibly valued part of our team, and we’re grateful for everything he brings to Undercroft.
