It is with a bittersweet heart that I, Denice A. Smith, owner and operator of TipSee Pheen- Mobile Cocktail Bar, will be permanently closed as of 01/31/2026 for all bar services, including self-service. As of 03/01/2026, we are starting our Ready To Drink Cocktails and eventually branching out to our own wine collections. Although we will have a vendor-style setup, selling our bottled cocktails and cocktail buckets/pouches, we are only accepting paid or free opportunities. This decision was based on my health and strength, as well as the decline of business throughout the years. If you are looking for someone to operate a full bar service. I can send you a referral.
