The full menu for Understory No. 2 is here and honestly…we’re pretty excited about this one.

Next Monday, May 18th, we’ll gather around the Long Table beneath Burle’s for oysters with sweet chili ponzu and citrus foam, flounder crudo with pomelo and mala, venison loin with blueberry bordelaise, spring pavlova, and a really beautiful wine pairing lineup from Winebow Imports curated by Adam Venable.

The evening starts with a welcome cocktail from the Burle’s team and a private shopping hour at The Victorian before everyone settles in for dinner.

Understory returns on Monday, May 18. 🍽️ Join us for a one-night-only dinner featuring Chef Robbie Pacheco in collaboration with Imports.

Seattle-born and Georgia-raised, Chef Robbie brings an intuitive approach to cooking, layering global influence and seasonality into multi-course experiences. Expect dishes like oysters with sweet chili ponzu and citrus foam, flounder crudo with pomelo and mala, and venison with blueberry bordelaise. 🦪🍋🐠

Each course will be paired with wines curated by Adam Venable, alongside a welcome cocktail featuring a Winebow spirit. Guests will also enjoy a private shopping hour at before dinner begins.
