To celebrate National Cosmo Day, try our gin spin on the classic Cosmopolitan - it will surprise and delight you as you wonder why it was ever made with vodka. We prefer pure cranberry juice for a more classic level of tartness. Cheers!

2 oz Los Poblanos Lavender Gin
1 oz orange liqueur or triple sec (we suggest Hollow Spirits Distillery)
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz pure cranberry juice
garnish with an orange twist

Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Squeeze the orange peel to express its oils on the surface before inserting.
