Bartender in focus: Find Joe at the chessboard when he's not bouldering or hiking in the Bosque. Originally from Socorro, he has always felt drawn to the landscape of New Mexico. His latest cocktail, "Mulberry Mountain," is also rooted in the high desert forest and follows the mountains south to Chihuahua, where we discover a delicious sierra sotol to build this highball around. Complimented by brined mulberries from our property, herbs, stone pine liqueur, lime, soda water and LP Lavender Cocktail Ri***ng Salt, this highball celebrates the high deserts of both Mexico and New Mexico.

Our beloved lavender bath and body refills now include mists, bath salts, facial toner and skin care oil. Bring your own container or purchase an elegant glass bottle and fill up, straight from the source.

Bartender in focus: Meet Josh, a Burqueño who loves crafts, wrenching on bicycles, and playing the french horn. His latest cocktail for Bar Campo, "On the Horn," is loud with flavors of summer and is built around his love for the cilantro and mint combination and our house white rum blend (Clairin Communal/Worthy Park/Hamilton). Additions of tequila, lime, grapefruit and lovage make for a highly refreshing, food friendly sour that has also been a hit at brunch. Get your friends on the horn (or at least text them) to let them know what they're missing!
