Get it before it's gone – our cocktail of the season, the Strawberry Fields Gimlet, leaves menus at the end of June. Made with hawthorn-infused LP Western Dry Gin, strawberry amaro, barrel-aged aperitivo, lime and a touch of lavender, it is bright, fruity, floral, a little bitter and incredibly crushable. Inspired by our farm’s abundant hawthorn berry harvest, this cocktail highlights a unique flavor already at the heart of our gin. Available at all Los Poblanos bars. Salud!

LP Botanical Martini Recipe:
2 3/4 oz Los Poblanos Western Dry Gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth
garnish with a lemon twist
Stir for 20-30 seconds in a tin or chilled mixing glass until chilled or diluted to taste. Strain into a chilled glass of choice. Twist to express the oils of the lemon peel and insert.

The Ultimate Negroni (Rojo) recipe:
1 oz Los Poblanos Western Dry Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
orange twist garnish
