the Daydream team is headed north for some rest + relaxation.

a three day summer trip, for a change of scenery, appreciation and much needed leisure. for this reason, we will be closed this coming tuesday, august 18. we’ll return to normal hours wednesday, august 19.

prepped + ready.
hours before a daiquiri is served, a cocktail is shaken or a guest descends the stairwell, we prepare. we tediously juice, trim peels, and cut lime into halves, wedges + wheels. it’s pre-shift routine. a nightly custom. producing the freshest flavors and filling the air with the sweet tang of citrus.

A NIGHT IN THE TROPICS. a celebratory exploration in three courses of cocktails, bites plus a surprise party starter. make friends with the itinerary. swipe for each course.

after the surprise starter, the cart will come around, presenting a signature Mai Tai with a unique blend of four rums and house-made fruit punch liqueur served with a vibrant, tropical fruit salad.

pt. 2

next up, Three Dots and a Dash, a tiki-classic and morse-code for victory, paired with tiki-spiced popcorn.

pt. 3 the grande finale.

a pour of Hampden Estate 1753 paired with vanilla chiffon, dulce de leche-filled, honey rum cake from local baker shayna davidson . it’s a fitting conclusion.
