As part of our Bartender Series, we’re embarking on an international journey of flavor and craftsmanship.

In celebration of World Cocktail Day, we are thrilled to present William Wu from the newly opened Old Square East in Chengdu, China. Known for their classic and time-honored cocktails, they bring a refined touch to Bangkok’s vibrant scene.

We also have Modernhaus joining from Jakarta, Indonesia—ranked Number 12 on Asia's 50 Best Bars. With founder Mirwansyah Bule at the helm, he will showcase an ingredient-first philosophy, crafting cocktails that are as thoughtful as they are extraordinary.
