Sydney’s sending heat to the rooftop. 🇦🇺🔥

For three nights only, the crew from 𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 & 𝐁𝐚𝐫 in Sydney is taking over the Bar.Yard kitchen, bringing the bold, spice-heavy soul of Sri Lanka to the 40th floor.

At the helm is Chef Augustus “Augi” De Hoedt, whose 35+ years in kitchens across Sri Lanka, Europe and the Middle East shape Kurumba’s punchy, modern take on Sri Lankan street food. Think smoky brisket pan rolls, coconut XO scallops, fiery Negambo prawn curry and their cult lobster kottu.

Virak, resident of Illuzion ( #11 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs 2024) and a producer signed to Adesso Music, delivers deep, progressive house energy shaped from Saint-Tropez to Phuket, sharing stages with names like Sven Väth and Marco Carola.

Joining him, Alex Fischer blends Afro House, melodic grooves and progressive textures with the instinct of a true selector. From Bangkok residencies to Morocco and back, his TAMTAM sessions have been making serious waves.
