To close off the year, we’re hosting our last masterclass of 2024.

On December 28th at 4pm, join us at Onda for a Whiskey Masterclass led by Peter O’Connor.

If you don’t already know, Peter spent over a decade as a Master of Whiskey for Diageo, where he played a key role in developing Roe & Co Irish Whiskey and worked closely with brands such as Bushmills and Bulleit. He has trained bartenders across Europe and the US and also worked as a bar specialist on the TV show Bar Rescue.

An afternoon dedicated to great whiskey, deep knowledge, and proper tasting.

Christmas & New Year Notice 🎄✨

Onda Cocktail Room will be closed on December 24th, 25th & 26th.

Join us on December 31st to celebrate with a cocktail before heading up to Miradouro Nossa Senhora do Monte to watch the fireworks. New Year’s Eve reservations are filling up fast — book now!

We’ll then be closed from January 1st, returning on January 12th.
