MEET THE TEAM 2/2

Alf

The one that brings basque to Quattro Teste. Alf began working sparingly in bars while he was still in high school. When he was finishing his degree in International Trade in Dublin he decided to jump behind the bar for good. Bartending has taking him to work in Ireland, Basque Country, UK, Netherlands and India (where he won World Class in 2015).
