MEET THE TEAM 2/2

Alf

The one that brings basque to Quattro Teste. Alf began working sparingly in bars while he was still in high school. When he was finishing his degree in International Trade in Dublin he decided to jump behind the bar for good. Bartending has taking him to work in Ireland, Basque Country, UK, Netherlands and India (where he won World Class in 2015).

Now serving Kalimotxo at Quattro Teste 🫡

SAVOURY

Another way to add layers of flavour.

Through the years we have introduced savoury ingredients to our cocktails, from tomatoes with negronis, cheese (both hard and creamy), pimiento choricero...

What do you think about these ingredients on your cocktails?

MEET THE TEAM 1/2

Marta

She is the one that brings Italy to Quattro Teste. Having worked in all sorts of positions, venues and being a beer sommelier, is the one that keeps everything running.

She love bitter drinks.

WHAT IS QUATTRO TESTE

A blend of basque and italy, told through drinks.

We take, culture, social gatherings, sagardoa and popular drinks like kalimotxo, negroni or angelo azzurro, put it on a shaker and served cold, while you listen to playlists that can jump from Raffaella Carrá to Kortatu.

NOT EVERYTHING WE DO ONLINE

Is available at the bar.

Sometimes, we use recipes or cultural and social events to explain a story or show you what drives what we do.

And other times, we can show you how to make a tasty drink that we developed just for a video, inspiered by a local tradition.

Here is our 'Moretta'. Enjoy!
