12 kwietnia zapraszamy na koncert Marian Pawlik Quartet w Mercy Brown! 🎷

Marian Pawlik - kontrabasista, gitarzysta basowy i lutnik - to jedna z ważnych postaci krakowskiego środowiska muzycznego. Współzałożyciel legendarnej grupy jazz-rockowej Dżamble (1969), z którą związani byli m.in. Andrzej Zaucha, Janusz Muniak, Tomasz Stańko, Michał Urbaniak czy Zbigniew Seifert.
Autor utworów takich jak „Bezsenność we dwoje” oraz „Wołanie o słońce nad światem”, jako sideman nagrał kilkadziesiąt albumów z czołowymi artystami polskiej sceny muzycznej.

Od lat występuje ze swoim kwartetem, z którym nagrał albumy „Bezsenność we dwoje” oraz „Old Base Line”.

Tego wieczoru w Mercy Brown usłyszymy go w towarzystwie znakomitych muzyków krakowskiej sceny:
saksofonisty Bartłomieja Noszki, pianisty Mateusza Pałki oraz perkusisty Michała Hellera.

April 12 - Marian Pawlik Quartet live at Mercy Brown 🎷

Marian Pawlik - a double bassist, bass guitarist and luthier - is one of the key figures of Kraków’s music scene. A co-founder of the legendary jazz-rock band Dżamble (1969), he has collaborated with artists such as Andrzej Zaucha, Janusz Muniak, Tomasz Stańko, Michał Urbaniak and Zbigniew Seifert.
He is the author of compositions including “Bezsenność we dwoje” and “Wołanie o słońce nad światem”, and has recorded dozens of albums as a sideman with leading artists of the Polish music scene.

He has performed with his quartet for years, recording the albums “Bezsenność we dwoje” and “Old Base Line”.

That evening at Mercy Brown, he will be joined by outstanding Kraków-based musicians: Bartłomiej Noszka (saxophone), Mateusz Pałka (piano) and Michał Heller (drums).

BIBOBIT is a band rooted in jazz, yet shaped by a distinctly modern sensibility. Their sound blends jazz, funk, electronica, and hip-hop into an original, forward-thinking mix that resonates perfectly with Kraków’s off-festival spirit.

In the intimate setting of Mercy Brown, we invite you to take a collective musical “breath.” The evening will feature material from their latest album - a still-unexplored sonic path, filled with pulsing groove, neo-soul textures, and unfiltered emotion.
