An Espresso Martini that went full dessert: DMF Spiced Rum (fat-washed with coconut oil) + a lick of Jack Daniel’s Fire, reduced double espresso, house coffee cordial and Angostura bitters—poured long and crowned with a scoop of tiramisu ice-cream on a golden spoon, caramel, black sesame and Luxardo chocolate shards.
Dark, creamy, caffeinated… and dangerously sippable.

Orange-wood smoke curls from the cloche as our marmalade-kissed riff lands with a crisp, tropical snap. Calvados and Woodford Reserve bourbon meet rapid-infused orange marmalade, peach, mango & tangerine, lifted with Polish apple cider. On the side: a sesame cracker topped with the very marmalade we use in the infusion — a small bite, big nostalgia.

Our two best-selling party tricks in one glass: aroma smoke bubbles (shoutout to our friends at Flavour Blaster UK) and helium-kissed cloud foam (powered by Plat’Ins) for a sip you can see, smell and feel.

Inside the glass it’s *Old Cuban × Pornstar Martini* vibes:
DMF Spiced Rum (fat-washed with mint clarified ghee & turmeric), triple sec, lime, peach, a cherry cloud and passionfruit smoke—served with special Cala Straws to chase those bubbles. It’s floaty, fresh, fruity and, yes… pretty punchy.

Our new cocktail menu lands in just a few days at Rumour Cocktail Bar (Pijarska 9, Old Town).

THE GREAT — dessert-style Alexander, clarified with vanilla ice cream and served on a slice of lab glass with a zero-waste Polish meringue made from the clarification, plus a mini spoon of żurawina from Zakopane in a black ramekin on a black tray. On top: a tiny chocolate-truffle cookie spiked with cognac—sweet, silky, and outrageously classy.

GARDEN OF EDEN — milk-punched with mint milk and presented on a live Tesla coil for a playful ⚡ tingle—refreshing like a proper mojito. The secret weapon is Polish vodka washed with wasabi for an ultra-bright, crisp, and razor-sharp finish; served over a big rock with a tart pear gummy.

Z głęboką wdzięcznością pragniemy podsumować niezwykle inspirujący tydzień Manhattan, który odbył się w naszej przestrzeni. Dzięki Państwa obecności oraz entuzjastycznemu przyjęciu każdej odsłony klasycznego Manhattana – a także unikalnych propozycji opartych na bourbonie Angels Envy – mogliśmy stworzyć atmosferę pełną awangardowej dekadencji i wyrafinowanego smaku.

W ciągu tygodnia przygotowaliśmy około stu koktajli Manhattan, z których każdy stanowił hołd tradycji, a jednocześnie otwierał drzwi do nowoczesnych doznań. Bestsellerowy Black Manhattan szybko zaskarbił sobie uznanie, podkreślając wyjątkowy charakter całego wydarzenia. Szczególne wyrazy uznania kierujemy do trzech śmiałków, którzy jako pierwsi przetestowali limitowaną edycję Angel’s Envy Traveller Reserve Small Batch – Wasza odwaga i pasja są dla nas nieocenioną inspiracją.
