After a visit to Truth or Dare owned by Theo Tjandra (finalist in 5 Lewisham categories this year) I decided to replicate/reimagine a cocktail we tried there. I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit to his bar in Snickel Lane for the cocktails.

They make a homemade celery soda and mixed it with a blend of Mexican spirits. I loved the idea of making a celery soda. So here it is.

I mixed together celery base, agave, toasted peppercorns, celery, dill, cardamom and fennel seeds to make my syrup base.
