Vijay & Amillie from Native ( ), Danny from Milli (.sky.sg), and Chanel Adams ( ) brought three completely different energies to Quinary last month — and it all came together for one seriously memorable night. Ingredient-driven creativity, colourful rooftop-worthy pours, modern cocktails and stories worth sticking around for… safe to say, there was plenty happening behind the bar.

What a way to kick off Asia’s 50 Best Bars Week. 🍸🌴✨

For one night, Quinary became the meeting point for Tokyo precision and Maldivian island spirit, as Yasuhiro, Shunpei & Kenta from Punch Room Tokyo joined forces with Orsu & Rajat from Patina Maldives behind the bar.

From beautifully balanced punches and Japanese-inspired ingredients to tropical creations that transported us somewhere far sunnier, every glass brought something different to the night.

Thank you to the teams and everyone who braved the typhoon to come raise a glass with us. Here’s a little look back at where the week began. 🥂

We’re wrapping up our Asia’s 50 Best Bars Week guest shift series with two exceptional bars from China—Chimney and FOO BAR.

Founded in Hangzhou, Chimney is more than just a neighbourhood cocktail bar—it’s a place where great drinks, great music, and even better conversations come together. Join Ellen & Vincy as they bring the bar’s warm hospitality, vibrant energy, and unforgettable cocktails to Quinary.

Joining them is Tiger from FOO BAR, where a farm-to-table philosophy meets contemporary cocktail culture. Inspired by local produce, art, and Chinese heritage, her creations celebrate seasonal ingredients while delivering layers of flavour and creativity in every glass.

The celebration continues as Native NATIVE , Milli Milli - Sky Dining & Bar , and internationally renowned bartender Chanel Adams Chanel Adams take over Quinary for one unforgettable night🥳

Hailing from Singapore, Native has become one of Asia’s most celebrated bars with its philosophy of championing local and regional ingredients. Join Vijay & Amillie as they showcase ingredient-driven cocktails that strike the perfect balance between the familiar and the unexpected.

Joining them is internationally recognised bartender Chanel Adams, known for her approachable style and modern take on cocktails. Expect contemporary techniques, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and cocktails paired with engaging stories that make every sip memorable.

Completing the lineup is Milli, Singapore’s vibrant rooftop cocktail destination. Danny is bringing a menu of colourful, flavour-forward cocktails that are light, playful, and dangerously easy to enjoy.

We’re kicking off Asia’s 50 Best Bars Week by bringing together Punch Room Tokyo and Patina Maldives at Quinary for a special guest shift.

Reviving the timeless art of punch for the modern day, Punch Room Tokyo ( #36 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) blends the refined charm of London private clubs with Japanese precision and hospitality. Join Yasuhiro, Shunpei & Kenta as they showcase cocktails crafted with exceptional local spirits, sake, ryokucha tea, and regional spices.

Meanwhile, Orsu & Rajat from Patina Maldives bring island luxury to the glass, presenting artfully crafted riffs on the classics alongside vibrant tropical creations inspired by the beauty and flavours of the Maldives.
