For one night only, we welcome Asian Flush Asian Flush 亚洲潮红 , led by 2022 World Class China Champion Allen Fang 方喆仡 and co-founder Amily Amily Chen , for a special takeover that explores the meeting of East and West through the art of mixology.

Rooted in Asian culinary traditions and seasonal stories, their cocktails put indigenous ingredients and rice-derived koji in the spotlight, weaving layers of umami, depth and complexity into every glass. Don’t just hear about it, come taste it for yourself 😉
