We had an unexpected visitor yesterday who has provoked a lot of emotion in people on all sides of the political spectrum .

We would like to say this

The visit was not planned and the whole situation was fast paced and took us by surprise.

However, as a business, we would not refuse to serve someone just on the basis of their political opinion as we believe this would be discriminatory.

We do not choose to only serve people who share our views - we are here for the community as a whole.

We believe in freedom of expression and hope that a situation that was completely out of our control does not lead people to no longer come and enjoy our hospitality.
