Our new stuffed chicken wing, finished with fish sauce caramel.

Chalk Stream trout skewer with black garlic sauce and shiso.

And a longstanding Ebb favourite - Tunworth arancini, topped with lots and lots of pecorino.

Here’s what’s on the menu this Sunday…

Trenchmore Farm Wagyu beef with parsley root and beef shin sausage roll. Or, Tynefield Farm porchetta with miso carrot and pig in blanket stuffing.

Both served with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese croquettes, seasonal vegetables and Marmite Yorkshire puddings.

Vegetarian mains available too.

Our first Ebb Sunday.

A full restaurant, autumnal weather and Sunday lunch served at the very end of Worthing Pier.

Our menu is led by exceptional produce from hand selected suppliers. Start with a selection of snacks and starters, followed by Trenchmore Farm Wagyu beef, Tynefield Farm porchetta, roasted crapaudine beetroot or day boat fish.

Puddings to finish, if there’s room.

Everything is served à la carte, allowing you to make Sunday as indulgent as you wish.

A wonderful first Sunday Roast at Ebb. We’re looking forward to many more.

We’ve taken the Sunday roast you know and love and reimagined every detail - keeping the comfort and tradition, with a more refined Ebb approach.

We’ve chosen exceptional ingredients from hand-selected suppliers, Wagyu beef from Trenchmore Farm reared 15 miles away, aged Tamworth pork from Flavian Obiero 🇰🇪, with a few extras along the way.
