Cocktail Bar Supervisor – 30+ hrs - £14 ph.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Cocktail Bar Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead from the front, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the bar while maintaining consistently high standards of service, drink quality, and atmosphere.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and motivating the team during busy shifts, ensuring every cocktail is prepared with care and precision, and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests.
We’re looking for someone with previous supervisory experience in a cocktail bar or similar fast-paced environment. You should be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to stay calm under pressure and lead a team with positivity and professionalism. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service is essential.
The role offers a pay rate of £14 per hour, along with the opportunity to grow with a company that has exciting plans for expansion in the very near future. This is an ideal position for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and be part of building something bigger.

Part-Time Bartender - £12-£13.50 ph.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be at the heart of the bar, serving drinks, engaging with customers, and contributing to a great overall experience.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a range of drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. While prior cocktail experience isn’t essential, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing your skills behind the bar are key. Full training on our cocktail menu and service standards will be provided.

We’ve extended our booking times for our bottomless brunch over the Easter weekend until 6pm.
Book a table between 11:30am-6pm and get two hours of drinks and food for just £45 per person. Full menu and drink options can be found on our social menu page.

We are also open until midnight on both the Friday and Saturday.
