Following the beautiful feedback from our last event—and so many of you asking when the next one would be—we’re delighted to announce that another deeply relaxing evening has been planned. 🤍

Join us for a powerful combination of Reiki-infused meditation and sound therapy, created to help you slow down, release the weight of everyday life and return to yourself.

Allow the healing energy of Reiki, guided meditation and sacred sounds to surround you as you rest, reset and completely unwind. This is your invitation to make yourself a priority and give your mind, body and soul the space they deserve.

We’ve kept tickets at £16 so the total remains below £20 with Eventbrite booking fees.

Our beach event is less than a week away!

Here is our fabulous line-up for what promises to be a truly special evening together.

Please arrive in plenty of time, as we would love everyone to be settled on the beach and ready to begin promptly at 6.30pm.

📍 The beach is located directly behind Latimers Fish Restaurant, Seaburn.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat and/or a comfortable seat
• Warm, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during yoga
• Blankets and pillows to keep you cosy

Please remember that no alcohol is permitted at any of our events. We also kindly ask everyone to help us leave the beach exactly as we found it, completely clear of rubbish. 🤍

I’m so excited to welcome you all and share this amazing evening together. We can’t wait to see you there!

Just 2 weeks to go until to the launch of our 'Mackem Community' events at City Hall on September 8th in partnership with Knight Frank Promise, Atlas Cleaning & Sunderland City Council sponsored by Karbon Homes & Hayes hygiene 🏢✨

We are working with a range of amazing organisations who are attending:

It’s a fantastic opportunity to have access to all these wonderful organisations at the same time whether you’re in need of help or want to get involved and give something back!

Additionally, we will also be offering donated toiletries and clothing on the day alongside free refreshments to support the well-being of our community who are facing challenges. 👚👖🧴

It would be great to have as many people there as possible whether you're able to just pop by for a coffee and find out a little more about the great services available and work being done within the city.

We hope the event makes a difference to the lives of local residents by providing the essentials and helping to connect them with trusted partners.

Any donations of clothing, non-perishable food or toiletries are welcome and can be dropped off at The Beam, Sunderland (next door to City Hall) If you're able to share event information with anyone who it would benefit, it would be appreciated. 💙
