Looking forward to this evening at St Matthews Hall, Stretford!

Chris and I have a fun routine planned for you!

7.30 - Beginners Class - No experience needed - just come along and have fun
8.30 - Intermediate and Beginners review - For those who want to level up or refine their moves

Freestyle until 10.15 💃🕺

No partner needed!

Listening to your feedback over the last few weeks- We’re going to go through the whip and slingshot tonight in detail and really fine tune our technique on those two moves. We use them as a “finisher” of a lot of more complex movements so let’s smash them tonight!

Our challenge move will be move 2 this evening in intermediates so you can look forward to to some slinky travelling moves!

What a Glorious week that was!

You are looking at your newest fully qualified Ceroc teachers!

I have to say a massive thank you to Richard Beauvoisin who has been an amazing trainer this week. Your depth of knowledge is incredible and I’m really excited continuing learning from you. Massive thank you to Lyndsey Hill who was our examiner today. To get such great marks and feedback from people who I respect so highly as teachers is so rewarding.

Massive thanks to Maja and James whose help and feedback have been invaluable.

Matthew - you were a BRILLIANT demo for my exam - thank you so much for all of the time and effort you’ve given me this week. Gloria Darling I can’t think of anyone else I’d rather have done this with. You’re all amazing teachers and I’m so proud of you all.

A final massive massive MASSIVE thank you to Chris Taylor who has spent COUNTLESS hours of his time practicing moves with me, learning jingles, perfecting techniques and generally provide support and care through the process - I can’t repay that kind of kindness

So where do we go from here?

Join Chris and I for my first intermediate routine on Monday at Ceroc Addiction Stretford! I already have a GREAT routine for you so come along and help me celebrate!

Now we sleep! 😂😂
