What a wicked night it was!! Amazing venue with the almighty and 🔊 Big love to all the artists that along to do their thing, you were all incredible!

Out to all the crew at Dryad too for making the night such a success. Sound crew and everyone just made it perfect ❤️ And BIG BIG love to all the ravers that joined us!! Wicked vibes all night long!!

Honestly, we could see the air rippling in the main room, the tunes had a whole new sound to them!! 🔊💥🔊💥🔊💥

- Stephen Carr is one of the most respected and renowned figures in the world of jungle and drum & bass, with over 30 years in the industry.

From creating some of the most iconic soundtracks for the legendary Blue Note Sunday Sessions, to being among the first jungle artists to explore the halftime style, he has released music on the genre’s most defining labels such as 31 Records, Certificate 18, Metalheadz, V, Reinforced, Rupture, Exit, C.I.A., Photek Productions, Lion Dub International, Chronic, Ingredients, and many more. Digital’s unmistakable sonic signature resonates consistently and clearly throughout this movement.

With over 140 productions to his name, his influence on the drum and bass genre is undeniable. Groundbreaking tracks like “Spacefunk,” “Gateman,” “Deadline,” “Waterhouse Dub,” and the powerful collaboration “Phantom Force” with comrade Spirit R.I.P. have all changed the game.

Digital’s ever-prolific Function Records imprint continues to grow year after year, featuring events and releases from himself and like-minded artists such as Outrage, DJ Crystl, Kiljoy, Charla Green, Tim Clay, Mad Vibes, Seba, and Olski.

Less than 2 weeks to go until we welcome to play her debut set for Unity Underground🤩

Decibella - Captivated by the sounds of Garage, Hardcore and Jungle via pirate radio stations and rave tape packs, Decibella found her home on the dance-floors of One Nation, Telepathy and Raindance where she began her underground musical education, leading later to the dubstep-oriented institutions FWD and DMZ.

Her DJ sets capture the authentic sounds of Jungle and Rave, across it’s broad spectrum of forms. Decibella pushes the freshest dubs and releases from the scenes new wave of contemporary artists and labels, yet her taste is infused with a revered nod to the original sound and vibe of the genre from where her passion and love for the music was born.

Describing her approach to DJing and production she says ‘Music to me is this beautiful mixture of darkness and light and of softness and toughness, I always try to balance these elements in my DJ sets and when I’m making music in the studio.’

Her debut record Outta London/ Be True on AKO Beatz, had support from scene heavyweights DJ Flight, Mantra, Sherelle, Coco Bryce, Tim Reaper and J Kenzo, and she’s had further releases on Coco Bryce’s Diamond Life imprint, and the Club Glow label.

Tim Clay is a DJ and producer based in Reading, UK who is known for his lightspeed cut and scratch style.
Tim began DJing at the tender age of 12, inspired by pioneering acts like DJ Hype, Goldie and Andy C. Starting out on belt drive Gemini decks, he was forced to work hard on perfecting his technique. Watching him perform today on Technics 1210s, his dedication to the craft from the very start is evident.
Clay’s first break as a DJ came at a Portsmouth night called Concrete Music. After a few years DJing he started making tunes experimenting with the Fruity Loops platform. He signed his first release in 2010, to a label called Paranoid Recordings, working under the alias Timdnb. A low grade at music tech A-Level sapped his confidence though and he put the craft to one side for some time. It wasn’t until a chance meeting with Digital (Function Records) that he was inspired to start writing again.
Thanks to Digital’s encouragement and mentorship, Tim scored his first release on Function, under his own name, in 2023. The release was entitled Wounded EP, and it put Tim Clay firmly on the map. The release was supported by DJs like Storm, Mantra, Kenny Ken, Pete Cannon and other key names. Following that, he dropped the New Beginnings EP, also on Function Records. Others labels quickly began to take note, and he notched up releases on Pete Cannon’s N4 label, Law’s Repertoire label and DJ Trace’s 117.
2025 was a platinum year for Tim! Alongside releases on leading labels, he appeared at legendary nights like Rupture, Wrekt and Distant Planet.
Moreover, he made his debut at the drum & bass scene’s annual meetup in Sardinia, Sun & Bass.

Tim will be playing for us (for the 2nd time) at our up and coming debut event at Dryad Works in Sheffield on Friday 8th May 🙌🏻. He’ll be playing in the all vinyl jungle room alongside Decibella, Ikon Roller, Junglist Alliance and more! To help us promote the event, Tim has kindly put together this wicked Jungle mix which you can check out on our SoundCloud page! 🔊
