We take our drinks very seriously at FORUM and our menu has an extensive selection of drinks including in-house aged cocktails, smoked cocktails, foams, premium spirits as well as local craft beers and ales

You can learn about our cocktails at one of our Cocktail Masterclasses which take place in private in the first floor bar area with dedicated mixologists

The first floor bar area is available for exclusive hire seven days a week and is firmly established as the number one venue for private parties.

We've just wrapped up our busiest week since December and we're overwhelmed with gratitude! Huge thanks to all of you for choosing us and making every weekend so special. Don't forget to book ahead, we hate turning you away 🙏❤️ whilst we don’t like to post negativity, some people have been very confrontational with our team when we have been fully booked. We would much rather you join us and we understand the frustration of not being able to get in but we do get super busy and we recommend booking even for drinks only, so we can guarantee your space. We’re ready for the weekend. Are you?🍸 tequila is gaining in popularity in the UK, and for good reason - it’s so good! A staff and customer favourite alike, our spicy margarita isn’t just chucking some chillies or Tabasco (gosh no) into a classic marg… it’s a house-infusion of authentic, imported chile de arbol Mexican chillies into our tequila blanco. The same chillies they use to make hot salsa! Then we add smoky chipotle liqueur to add depth and complexity before adding our premium triple sec, sustainable lime and a touch of agave nectar for balance. It packs a punch, can you handle it?
