The large mural will be central to the community and a nod to what we love about the place.

Public consultations have begun and THURSDAY 16th is your chance to meet the artists, see their previous incredible work and put in your ideas/thoughts for this big piece…
(If you plan on rushing down to suggest Mark Lawrenson or Liberty X…someone beat you to it 😆)

🎨 First session today from 11am! Help Shape a New Public Artwork for Penwortham!

We're inviting local residents to help create a new community mural as part of Behind the Walls, South Ribble's exciting, new, public art project.

Working with acclaimed mural artists SECA and AYLO, this project will celebrate local stories, identity and community pride through artwork designed with residents, for residents.
