‘The Nuthatch’ on Bedford Street forms an exciting new concept in cocktails amongst the hustle and bustle of the towns new Independent Quarter. Our focus is on high quality spirits, over 100 individually sourced from boutique suppliers and distillers worldwide, many not available elsewhere in the region. Include these in a specially crafted cocktail offering, with some classics twisted in and we present you Middlesbrough’s most unique cocktail experience. Relax on our Chesterfield sofas with a paper in front of our exposed brick walls, and be waited on by a member of our team. Nestled amongst a micro-pub, a charcuterie restaurant, coffee house and a wood fired pizza restaurant ‘The Nuthatch’ is the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks, a night with the girls or a cosy catch up with friends and family.

A table for the evening, cocktails with your favourite people and Ch*****ne at midnight. That’s New Year’s Eve at The Nuthatch. 🥂

Bookings are now open for 31st December, and we’d love you to join us as we say goodbye to 2026 and welcome 2027.

£50 per person includes:

• A welcome fizz cocktail on arrival
• A cheese and charcuterie board to share
• Your own reserved table all evening
• Bar snacks throughout the night
• Any two cocktails from our Signature Cocktails and festive specials
• Ch*****ne at midnight

Tables are available from 8:30–9:00pm, with carriages at 12:30am.
