Summer came and went so quickly, but we’re admittedly thankful for a bit of rain again!

Today marks the first day of our Autumn menu, this is one of our favourites, the Ray’s Mistake. A version of this drink used to be on the menu at The Liar’s Club, where Joe & Daniel first worked in Manchester many moons ago!

Whilst it’s always sad to see the team leave, it takes the edge of knowing that they are leaving for the right reasons. After almost 3 years as part of the family, this weekend we sadly bid farewell to Ella.

We first met Ella as a guest when she was working at a neighbouring bar, and we were immediately blown away by her infectious attitude and love for hospitality. We’re sure any of you that were served by her, will agree!

Ella, you’ve been a great colleague and more importantly, become a friend. We can’t wait to see what you do next, whether that’s on stage somewhere or behind a bar, we know you’ll smash it!
