Bringing together an outstanding lineup of artists, the night is headlined by her husband D.A.V.E. The Drummer, in celebration of a life that touched so many within our community.

Introducing our final guests for Rebel Union in FOLD’s Steam Room on Saturday 6th June - two artists deeply woven into the sound, spirit and identity of FOLD itself: Voicedrone & James Newmarch.

Since the earliest days of FOLD, Voicedrone and James Newmarch have developed a uniquely intuitive connection behind the decks - forged through countless hours, marathon sessions and years immersed together within London’s underground. What they create is far beyond a standard back-to-back set: it’s an evolving conversation built on trust, tension, spontaneity and total dancefloor awareness.

Voicedrone lays the foundations with pressure and controlled intensity - weaving together techno, broken rhythms and unexpected turns that push the soundsystem to its limits while keeping the room locked in suspense. There’s a raw sense of movement and control in every transition, balancing excitement with precision in a way that feels unmistakably rooted in the FOLD sound.

James Newmarch brings counterbalance: powerful selections, playful shifts and instincts that inject momentum into every moment. Moving fluidly between genres and textures, he opens space where tension builds, lifting the room before driving it straight back into the pressure. Introducing our next guest for Rebel Union in FOLD’s Steam Room on Saturday 6th June - the Irish commander of hard grooves making her return to the capital: Cinquedea.

Dublin-based DJ and producer Deborah Grattan, better known as Cinquedea, has rapidly established herself as one of the most exciting rising forces within the hard techno underground. Since first stepping behind the turntables in 2020, her uncompromising sound and high-impact energy have earned her a growing reputation across Ireland and the UK - blending pounding techno pressure with groove-heavy rhythms, industrial textures and hip hop-infused attitude.

A resident for Birmingham’s Collide and host of a monthly show on Dublin institution Power FM, Cinquedea has become a familiar name across clubs, festivals and underground parties alike. Alongside performances throughout the UK and Ireland, she remains deeply connected to the free party movement through appearances with Interruption and Annaghtek - carrying the raw spirit of underground rave culture into every set.

With releases on respected imprints including Hydraulix Records, Cinquedea continues to push her sound forward with fierce momentum and unmistakable personality. Following previous standout appearances at FOLD, she returns once again armed with relentless grooves and pure dancefloor energy guaranteed to move the room from start to finish.

Next up for Rebel Union in FOLD’s Steam Room on Saturday 6th June - the Polish underground legend bringing relentless techno pressure and decades of rave energy to the dancefloor, flying into London for this special event: Mainliner.

With more than 25 years dedicated to the acid techno movement, Wrocław native Mainliner stands as one of the longest-running and most respected champions of the Polish underground scene. Through his work as a DJ, promoter and scene-builder, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Poland’s acid techno culture - connecting generations of ravers through uncompromising parties, heavyweight line-ups and pure DIY spirit.

As co-organiser of the influential Audio City events between 2006 and 2013, Mainliner helped elevate Wrocław into one of Eastern Europe’s key underground destinations, bringing world-class artists to the city while nurturing emerging local talent and a thriving community that continues today. Alongside this, his legendary Back To The Acid parties have kept the raw spirit of late ‘90s and early 2000s acid techno alive for decades, becoming a cornerstone of the local scene.

Renowned for explosive performances and masterful three-turntable sets, Mainliner has spent decades devastating dancefloors with maximum energy, precision mixing and relentless grooves. From clubs and festivals across Poland to international appearances - including a performance alongside the Stay Up Forever crew at their 30th anniversary celebration at FOLD - he continues to evolve while carrying the uncompromising spirit of underground acid techno into the future.

Widely respected as an extremely versatile selector, Syber Symon has built a reputation through an unmatched ability to read a crowd and deliver sets packed with energy, depth and total dancefloor control. Drawing from decades immersed in underground electronic music culture, his sound moves effortlessly through genres - creating explosive journeys that are as diverse as they are powerful.

From illegal warehouse parties to internationally renowned clubs and festivals, Symon has spent years refining his craft on dancefloors across the globe. His technical skill behind the decks and instinctive connection with the crowd have made him one of the capital’s most respected underground DJ’s, consistently delivering high-impact sets built on experience, precision and raw rave energy.

A long-standing figure within the UK free party movement, Zebedee has spent more than three decades immersed in the heart of underground rave culture. Emerging from London’s squat-party and warehouse circuit in the early 1990s, he quickly became known for uncompromising vinyl sets fuelled by acid pressure, tribal rhythms, and relentless warehouse energy - built for powerful sound systems and sunrise dancefloors.

As both a DJ, producer and promoter, Zebedee has remained deeply connected to the DIY ethos that shaped Britain’s underground techno movement, carrying its spirit from illegal raves to clubs, festivals and free parties across the UK, Europe and South America. His sound channels the essence of classic underground techno: pounding percussion, driving 303 lines and hypnotic momentum delivered with precision and intensity.

Respected for both his technical skill and unwavering authenticity, Zebedee continues to represent the raw spirit of underground rave culture with the same passion and energy that first defined the movement decades ago.

Known for delivering hard-edged techno packed with driving rhythm and precision control, Michaela has become a respected force within the UK underground through both her explosive sets and the success of her seminal Collide parties in Birmingham. What began as a standout club night has grown into a sell-out summer festival over recent years, cementing Collide as one of the Midlands’ key destinations for uncompromising underground techno.

Since first making her mark on Birmingham’s scene through Osmosis in 2013, Michaela has built a reputation for devastating dancefloors with her trademark collision of heavyweight grooves and relentless energy. A long-running residency quickly evolved into bookings across the UK and Europe, taking her sound to warehouses, clubs and festivals far beyond her hometown.
