ELMS Scooter Club London based scooter club established in 1956. Riders of traditional Vespa and Lambretta scooters plus the odd auto here and there. No longer.

ELMS stands for East London Motor Scooters. The ELMS Scooter Club is a scooter club originally formed in East London in 1956. Our current members used to meet at The Young Price every 2nd Friday of the month. Now we meet up for ride outs, rallies and the occasional social drink up instead.
