🇲🇿 Today, we celebrate Mozambique, a country of breathtaking coastline, rich culture, and a cuisine that has left its mark on the Lusophone world and on our menu.

On this day 51 years ago, Mozambique gained its independence, marking a moment of pride not just for Mozambicans but for the entire Lusophone community.

At Volta do Mar, the spirit of Mozambique lives on in the flavours we bring to the table. From the warmth of our Piri Piri Chicken to the rich flavours of our green rice, its culinary heritage is intertwined into the heart of Portuguese cooking, and into ours too.

So we raise a glass today to Mozambique, its people, its culture, and everything it has given to the Lusophone table. 🌊🇲🇿
