**class cancellation** tomorrows Fitness Pilates class is cancelled due to the heat. Sadly our room has no ventilation & will be far too hot. If you’ve paid for the month then you can come Thursday instead as it looks cooler or I will roll the class for you to next month 🙌🏻

✨ Floating Sound Baths at Metheringham Lido ✨

We’re so excited to finally share these with you!

Float beneath the evening sky at the beautiful Metheringham Lido while immersed in soothing sounds designed to help you slow down, switch off and deeply relax.

Supported by floating beds and the gentle movement of the water, these evenings are designed to create space to rest, reset and simply pause for a while.

Floating beds are provided — we just ask that you bring blankets and anything else you’d like to help you feel warm and cosy. Warm comfortable clothing is strongly recommended.

You can choose to float on the water or relax poolside if preferred — both are equally welcome.

The evening includes:
🌙 A guided settling meditation
🌙 A floating sound bath with gong, tubes and chimes
🌙 Optional eye masks and self-heating scented eye masks
🌙 Time to rest deeply and unwind
🌙 Drinks and snacks available to purchase afterwards from the tuck shop
