MALHAM COVE

KETEL ONE / AMARO SANTONI / RASPBERRY / APPLE / ELDERFLOWER / LIME

One of our most popular new signature drinks, named after the limestone cliffs in the nearby Yorkshire Dales, the Malham Cove.

Amaro Santoni is the star of the show & brings a bittersweet depth to the drink. There’s a dominant rhubarb flavour that pairs beautifully with raspberrry, apple & elderflower to create an Italian spin on big British flavours.

The end result is a super smashable & refreshing long serve that’s perfect for the warmer seasons.

MIDWEEK CLASSICS

We are incredibly excited to launch our new “Midweek Classics” offering.

You can now choose from a selection of popular classic cocktails for as little as £10 a drink all night long on Wednesday & Thursday or pre-6pm on a Friday.

Don’t fancy a cocktail? You can have a glass of house wine & a bowl of olives for £11 or our Happy Meal at £20 for a daiquiri, a pint of Guinness & a dram of house whisky.

Whether you’re on your way to the cinema, back from the theatre or just fancying a drink either side of dinner - there’s something for everyone.

We’ve been busy giving both our menu & venue a little refresh in time for Spring & Summer! Lots of exciting updates to share:

MENU REFRESH

We’ve been working closely with the brands used in our menu to create an offering that is perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s for a glass of wine, a pint or a cheeky cocktail midweek or something to celebrate with over the weekend - we’ve got you covered. We know life is getting more expensive than ever, so we’ve created an amazing offering for any night of the week.

LOFT BAR

We’ve now replaced the island counter in our loft to create a much more open space. This now means there a little more space at the weekends during peak-times, but also a larger capacity for private hires. Drop us a message or DM to enquire!

GREENHOUSE

PATRON SILVER / DEL MAGUEY VIDA CLASICO / LA TOMATO / LIME / CHILLI / MSG / FEVER TREE PINK GRAPEFRUIT SODA / TOMATO LEATHER

This umami twist on the Paloma has been on our menu since day 1. This will be the last menu to feature this delicious banger, so make sure you pop down and try it before it’s gone.

It’s zippy, smoky, spicy & refreshing all at once. Tequila & Mezcal provide an amazing earthy base to work from. We layer this with La Tomato, an incredible Japanese tomato liqueur, buffed with a drop of MSG solution to bring a salty & umami boost. We then shake the drink with fresh chilli & Like before topping with zesty pink grapefruit soda.

To finish, we garnish the drink with a tomato leather, which we describe as a pizza flavoured fruit winder, designed to be enjoyed with each sip.

LADYBIRD

KETEL ONE / CARAMELISED RHUBARB / PANDAN /
COCCHI EXTRA DRY / LEMON / FOAMER

One of the most popular serves from menu 3.0 is this playful sour, the Ladybird. Inspired by the Clover Club, we wanted a Yorkshire-themed sour cocktail that had something a little exotic about it. The name is a nod to how often ladybirds appear to watch over our little family since moving to Yorkshire. There always seems to be one near when something special happens.

We create a caramelised rhubarb spirt by sweating forced rhubarb, before adding a little sugar & infusing into Ketel One vodka for 24 hours. Once filtered, you are left with a bright, super fresh tasting rhubarb spirit. Pandan, a Southeast Asian plant, is an incredibly complex mixture of flavours. Imagine vanilla with an unusual sweetness similar to a mix of: popcorn, nuts & coconut with a floral edge. This balances beautifully with the tartness of the fresh rhubarb base.

Shaken with Cocchi Extra Dry vermouth, lemon & foamer, it is a beautifully balanced drink with heaps of big flavours marrying together beautifully. We love the unassuming nature of its appearance vs the big flavour it delivers.

Well, we can’t relate but we do get excited to meet new people, welcome back regulars & host you legends at O&A. We get a kick out of seeing people relaxed & enjoying delicious drinks with friends.

WHAT’S GOLDEN

BUFFALO TRACE BOURBON / ITALICUS / MUYU VETIVER GRIS / HONEY / LEMON / GRAPEFRUIT OIL

Our take on the infamous Gold Rush cocktail created by T.J. Siegal at the iconic NYC bar Milk & Honey in the early 2000s. We take the classic Bourbon, honey & lemon base but amplify it through the addition of Italicus, Muyu Vetiver & citrus oils.

Italicus adds bright bergamot with hints of chamomile, lavender & lemon balm. Muyu Vetiver Gris (created by the very talented Monica Berg, Alex Kratena & Simone Caporale) is an intensely aromatic liquid which adds wonderful woody notes of vetiver, cedarwood & patchouli. The finishing touch is expressed grapefruit oils, which really lift the drink by adding a bright & citrusy aroma. The end result is an intensely aromatic & fruity take on the already delicious Gold Rush cocktail.

We named it “What’s Golden” as a nod to the Gold Rush, but also due to our love for Jurassic 5, who feature heavily on our hip hop playlist.
