Long one… buckle up. Grab a snack. Maybe a cocktail. 🖤🍸

Since 2022… it’s been a ride.

We’ve learnt a lot.
Some of it the hard way.
Some of it at 1am after an event, shoes off, feet aching, laughing about the chaos and saying “well… that was fun” 🤩

Times have changed. Business has become… character building 🫠. And somewhere in amongst the late nights and a LOT of cocktails, we’ve changed too.

What’s important looks different now.

What hasn’t changed?
Our absolute obsession with The Bar Bros. What we do, how we do it, the energy, the graft, the ridiculous conversations behind the bar. And most importantly, the legends who work with us, for us and alongside us.

And YOU. Our clients. You’ve backed us, booked us, recommended us, cheered us on and generally been top tier humans. We genuinely wouldn’t be here without you.

We first met the wonderful team at Buckovers around two years ago and honestly… we were a bit smitten from day one. So when an opportunity came up to make it our home, we had that slightly terrifying but very exciting “shall we just go for it?!” moment.

And here we are.

Excited.
A little bit bricking it.
But mostly very, very excited.

Please support us.
Bear with us while we find our feet (and work out where we’ve put everything).
Please please give us feedback…the good, the bad and the “have you thought about…?”

Festival bars… yeah, we do that too 👀🍻

We’re seeing an increase in enquiries for festival and large-scale bar services lately…and just to confirm: yes, this is very much our thing too.

That said… Rebecca has made it very clear that there will always be at least one cocktail on the menu. Even if it’s just an Aperol Spritz 😂🍊 Because honestly, that’s just who we are.

Behind the scenes you’re getting an experienced management team, an epic crew who know how to handle serious footfall and a setup that looks good and works hard all weekend long. Smooth service, great vibes, no drama.

We’ll travel for the right booking, work closely with event organisers and slot straight into your production plans like we’ve been there for years because… we usually have 😉

We are still here and still doing A LOT of winter prep and maintenance, growing, planning and everything in between. Every now and again, I think, is it odd that we’re obsessed with amazing drinks? Nahhhh.

The bar began in 2018 and has really changed, grown and developed over that time. We’ve been thinking of a name change for years… is the time now? Open to new brand name suggestions 😘

That’s right — cocktails are coming to one of the most iconic wedding venues in Gloucestershire, and we couldn’t be more excited to be shaking things up there.

From elegant serves in the castle grounds to full on party vibes once the sun goes down, we’ll be bringing our signature cocktails, friendly faces and a whole lot of fun to every celebration.
