Hi I’m charlie who runs Collabar8 mobile bars and events, we are hosting our second charity ball on the 13th June 2026 at The Matara centre in aid of pancreatic cancer.

🍸 Another fantastic evening at Matara for the wedding of Holly and Tom.

👰🏻‍♀️The bride chose a Mojito as her complimentary cocktail, and 🤵🏼the groom a Pina Mocktail

🍹It was definitely a Margarita kind of night, with this being our most requested cocktail

☀️The sun made a guest appearance during the day and the evening gave us a fab moon over the cloisters

🍾 Last week, we had the pleasure of meeting Pheobe and serving at her 18th birthday with her friends and family

🍸 Cocktails were served from 'Barbara', our converted horse box trailer bar, with our Magaritas being the most requested item on the menu

📣 We are excited to be supporting the 2025 Strawberry Ball, raising funds for the Longfield Hospice and Sarcoma UK

🍓After selling out, 1 table has become available, so head over to The Strawberry Ball social media pages or email [email protected]

🍽️ Tables of 12 at £85.00 per person to include a welcome drink, 3-course dinner, and a bingo card for "backwards bingo", with live music and an auction to complete the evening

🍾 The wine list will soon be available for guests to pre order, and we will have a range of drinks available at our bar to keep you going during the evening - including some of our delicious cocktails!

🍸 We had sun, we had rain, we had cocktails aplenty!

😍 Thanks to the customers, friends, and staff at The Village Inn - Kingswood, where we spent the day on Sunday serving up a range of summer drinks.

👰‍♀️ We had a VIP join us for a Pina Colada, and we will be seeing Tiff again when we serve cocktails at her wedding at the end of the year ❤️

☀️On Sunday, we were back at the beautiful Matara wedding venue, serving cocktails and mocktails at Hattie & Dinesh's evening reception.

🍸 A few new drinks were on the menu - requested by the newlyweds and developed by us, served alongside a couple of favourites!

❤️ Our new Lychee Daiquiri was definitely the most requested cocktail of the evening (as showcased by our newest team member Bea- who is celebrating her birthday today 🎂)

🍹This coming Saturday, we've been invited back to The Village Inn - Kingswood to serve cocktails at their event to celebrate their 3rd birthday! Huge congratulations to Tom Foxwell and the rest of the VI team - looking forward to seeing you all this weekend!

☀️ It's set to be another scorcher this weekend, and we will have 'Barbara' parked at the Summer Carnival and Vintage Car Show, hosted by KLB Friends

😎 Come and see us on Saturday the 12th of July between 1pm and 6pm, where we will have some summer favourites on the menu for you to enjoy

☀️ Thanks to everyone who came along to the Northleach Charter Fair and enjoyed one of our Cocktails or Mocktails in the sun!

🍸The best seller of the day was the refreshing Mojito followed closely by Pimm's.

😍 We received lots of messages ahead of the event so lots of people taking advantage of a 10% discount.

💷 We were really happy to be able to make a donation to the event organisers to put towards hosting next year's Charter Fair & Music Festival, and we hope to see you there ❤️

🍸 When one cocktail just isn't enough!!

😎 The sun didn't disappoint this weekend and neither did our cocktails. We were lucky enough to be at 2 fab community events, supporting Dursley Rocks at Dursley Rugby and WEC - Wickwar Entertainment Committee.

☀️The forecast for the weekend is looking totally tropical!

🌴 We'll be serving summer favourites alongside classic choices at TWO locations this weekend!

🕶️ If you're going to be at Dursley Rocks at Dursley Rugby this weekend, then we'll be there Friday and Saturday, and then we will have 'Barbara' pitched up at WECFest2025, supporting the WEC - Wickwar Entertainment Committee for the whole event on Saturday.
