Summer is back in full force, which means only one thing: cramming into a basement with a hundred or so qu**rs in leather and lace, and a plethora of excuses as to whose lipstick and fang marks those are on your neck.
Mourning the loss of our beloved Flying Duck, the Danse must go on, and we're swinging by our old haunt Stereo for the first time since 2017 (if you remember the Terminal Gods midnight gig, that makes one of us). Usual rules apply: dress comfy, look spooky, smoke machine set to STUNNING.

Access to the event is at the venue and cash desk’s discretion, even with a ticket, and this is subject to withdrawal at any time throughout the night. Please help keep our space safe for everyone.

ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is a basement venue, accessed down a flight of stairs. If you wish to discuss ways to access, please contact the venue directly.
We will be using mostly low lighting and smoke machines, visibility may be limited. Audio levels should be loud enough to dance to, but low enough that you shouldn’t need to raise your voice to chat. If you need earplugs, please ask bar staff or DJs.
All toilets are gender-neutral. There are toilets in the stairwell down to the venue, and in the bar space upstairs.
Danse Macabre operates a strict safe space policy and will not tolerate bigotry of any kind. Anyone who feels uncomfortable, harassed, or in danger, should immediately come to the DJ booth, and a member of venue staff or security will be called if required.

The nearest railway station is Glasgow Central, and the nearest Subway stations are Buchanan Street and St Enoch. The area is served by a number of buses, and at weekends the Gordon Street taxi rank is usually stewarded.
