Ever wondered where the word tapas comes from? 🍷
One popular story dates back centuries, when small pieces of food were used to cover (tapar) glasses of w**e or other drinks — helping keep dust and unwanted visitors out.
Whether that’s the whole story or not, one thing is certain… tapas have become one of Spain’s most loved food traditions. ❤️
And thankfully, you don’t have to travel to Spain to enjoy them.

Exciting news ❗️Our iconic white greenhouse entrance will soon be replaced with a new door style. While this feature has been a memorable part of our buildings history—especially from the days as "Through the Greenhouse"—we are thrilled about this refurbishment.

To carry out these updates and improve your overall experience, our restaurant will be temporarily closed for three days: November 9th, 10th, and 11th. Phone lines & emails will still be operating during these times.
