PSA: it’s not a BBQ

Braai is a shortening of the Afrikaans ‘braaivleis’, meaning grill (braai) & meat (vleiss) - it’s a South African tradition built around real fire, real flavour, and real time spent together

We’ve been bringing proper South African braai to Chester for the last two years, and we’re not stopping anytime soon- come rain or shine all our meat is cooked on our braai and you can see all of the action the minute you join us at The Stixx
