Beneath Fisher Street, a drinking club used to meet after dark.
It belonged to an eccentric Carlisle family. Members came into the Cellar and experienced unexplained apparitions and sounds. The club closed after one of those nights. Eight people went in. What happened was never satisfactorily explained.
This October, eight of you go back down.
You will be fitted with equipment that changes what the rooms will let you see, hear and feel. Voices will be heard. A presence will be felt. Figures may appear in the dark — and be gone when the light returns.
Some of this comes through the equipment.

Some of it is already in the room.

In the darkness you may not tell the difference between fantasy and reality.

Welcome to The Sunday Journal Club. ✍️

This is a night out with a difference, especially for us extroverted introverts, deep thinker and deep feelers.

A chance to reset before the week ahead, put pen to paper, meet new people and make a little more space just for yourself.

My hope is that this becomes something you genuinely look forward to in your calendar every month.

If you’ve followed me for a while you might have heard or attended my soul scribbles sessions. The Sunday journal club is an evolution of soul scribbles as I’ve into a new venue.

Don’t worry soul scribbles will have a new home inside my membership launching in September, but it was time to spread my wings and broaden my horizons.

I’m beyond excited to bring you with me into this next chapter.

To celebrate our beautiful new home, the August opening gathering is complimentary and I’d absolutely love to see you there:
