6th BIRTHDAY BASH UPDATE - BIGG NIGE PERFORMING

We're delighted to confirm that Bigg NIge will be doing a DJ set and performing a few of his own tracks to bring our birthday bash to a close this Sunday.

Bigg Nige is a regular at our Manor Studio Live Music Showcases and always brings the house down so is the perfect artist to finish the afternoon off.

Hopefully see you on Sunday - we're open 13.00 to 20.00.

It's not something that we like to bring up regularly, but we're reminiscing with the 6th Birthday coming up we thought it'd be worth a share.

Anyone remember when Number 92 was rumoured to be operating a S*x Dungeon on Monday & Tuesday nights?

One of the funny things is that 2 years later, during an alternative Valentines night, we did actually have a Cat-Of-Nine-Tails used in the basement as part of a poetry evening... anyway, hope to see you Sunday afternoon :-)

THIS WEEK'S £7.50 SPECIAL AT NUMBER 92 IS A BLOCKBUSTER OF A DRINK

And as it's such a lovely tipple we thought there was only one thing to call it ‘P’ PLEASE BOB

Here's the details - Mikey has created a belter of an infusion: a Plum & Peach Tequila, which when made into a margarita (by adding Cointreau, lime & agave) is a blockbuster of a drink. £7.50 a pop, only one bottle of the infusion is available - once its gone, its gone :-)

£7.50 WEEKLY DRINKS SPECIAL AT NUMBER 92

This week we've taken the classic Mai Tai as our inspiration and have created a Bow Tai. We've got a splendid local Spiced Rum, added a hint of an orange and strawberry and plenty of zing with some lime juice. So it's got the taste explosion that a proper Mai Tai has, as well as the punching power.

Porscha J performing at Number 92's 6th Birthday Bash on Sunday 30th August!

We're delighted to have Porscha J, who's a fantastic local singer, joining us for our 6th Birthday celebrations. Porscha has previously performed at the bar at one of our Open Mic Nights and is going to be spreading sensational, summer, Sunday afternoon vibes.

Steinholding Championship Finals @ Number 92's 6th Birthday Bash

Since late May we have been running time trials for steinholding at the Festival in the Gardens and at the bar. The top 5 competitors will all be invited to compete against one another at our 6th Birthday Bash on Sunday 30th August. All the competitors are not only strong, but kind, as the entrance fee is going to charity.

If you want to witness history, if you want to witness the ultimate test of strength, if you want to see both the ladies and gents champions being crowned then come along.

£7.50 WEEKLY DRINKS SPECIAL

Our Blackberry Martini was one of THE success stories of 2025 and thanks to Dave, a true Braintree Gentleman, and global warming we've got our hands on some local, early, blackberries and couldn't resist putting it back on as a Special.
#92 Blackberry infused vodka, a touch of dry vermouth, a dash of lemon and sugar to bring the flavours out. Shaken and served in a class Nick & Nora glass. Fabulous.

Christmas Time, Mistletoe & Hodgepodge... not got quite the same ring as Cliff.

It's only August but we've got our hodgepodge on the go so it'll be ready for Christmas and our Boozy Christmas Wreath Making - so far we've got rhubarb & plums from Paglesham, blackberries from Bocking and local strawberries and raspberries. The 2025 edition was cracking.

Whilst we're on the subject - if anyone fances an alternative Christmas Do give us a shout as we've got some cracking packages including food, drinks, shaking & mixing.
