Introducing Lonkero (and trust us, it’s perfect in this weather). Pouring on tap 12, not a beer and no, not a cloudy lemonade 😆 Lonkero is a refreshing, spirit-based Finnish drink made with gin and grapefruit soda. Developed to quench the thirst of visitors at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, the premixed cocktail proved so popular it became a national staple in Finland and now we’ve got it pouring on Tap 12.

Pouring fresh from our direct draw system it’s already chilled but we love it over ice. Taste-wise it’s sips like a refreshing spritz. At a sessionable 4.7% ABV, it balances sweet citrus with a crisp botanical bitterness.

It’s gorgeous - come and try it while we’ve got it ☀️

A delicious way to celebrate 125 years of Barry Dock RNLI 🎉 We’ve worked with our good friends Num Nums and Dogs Window brewery to make up some special tasty treats for you to enjoy that will also raise funds for our local crew.

Nicola Lawrence have produced some fantastic celebratory cup cakes to help mark the occasion. Available to eat in or pick one up to takeaway.

Dog's Window have rebrewed Doggie Paddle Hazy Pale Ale and we’ve got it pouring on Tap 07 (and there’s cans in the fridge). Originally brewed for the Festival of the Sea we thought this was a great occasion to bring back this super sessionable (and super delicious) 4.6% beer. Perfect for sunny Saturday sipping (and it also features our very own Darcy dog on the clip design 🥰).

We’ll be donating money from the sales of both the cupcakes and Doggie Paddle Pale Ale to Barry Dock RNLI so come along and support them and treat yourself to something tasty too!

Happy Double DEYA Day! Our favourite beer from DEYA Brewery has had a New Zealand glow up and we’re pouring both today 🍻

Steady Rolling Man has been remixed remixed with two favourite NZ hops, and now Nelson and Motueka variants are here. Both come in at 5.2% ABV. The Motueka version offers notes of tropical lime and kefir lime, while the Nelson variant has notes of passionfruit and Skittles.

Get down to Craft to try them both to see which is your favourite (if the answer is both then that’s totally cool with us 🍻)

Whos up for a day of lifeboat demos on the dock, live music, street food and special Beers in Barry?!?! You are? Well then come and join us on Barry Waterfront on Saturday 13 June to celebrate 125 years of Barry Dock RNLI.

This free event is celebrating and supporting our local RNLI crew. They’ll be bringing their boats into Barry Dock in the afternoon and there’ll be demonstrations, water safety experts and Stormy Stan of course. As well as a chance to meet the crew there’s live music from Barry SuperChoir , Barry Island Ukulele Strummers and Barry Island Male Voice choir will be popping along to perform some sea shanties to round off the day.

With street food from Cegin HalfnHalf, special bakes from Num Nums and a special celebratory beer from Dogs Window Brewery it’s going to be a fantastic day (we’ve put an order in for some sun but got an out of office so we’ll have to see if it shows up 😆).

Head down to Barry Waterfront from 2pm on Saturday 13 June to join in with this special celebratory event with Barry Dock RNLI

The lovely folks at Craft Republic in Barry have kindly offered to host our pop up on the 18th of July! We'll be bringing smoked meats, tasty sides and our infamous Banana Pudding to finish it off. Come down for some great beer, awesome food and hopefully some sunshine. Vegan options available.

Grape Soda Session Sour from those crazy Scottish sour beer fiends is now pouring on tap 5. It’s fresh and fruity, slightly tart and absolutely delicious. At 5.5% is super drinkable too, we’re big fans and we think you will be too! Come and get some in your glass
