As we enter the final weeks of our Celestial Menu, we’re taking a moment to celebrate some of our standout favourites. Fermi Bubbles has been one of the true crowd-pleasers: bright orange notes from Cointreau layered with the herbaceous complexity of Purple Shiso and a splash of Midi Ruby Rush—our all-time favourite non-alcoholic ingredient (Belgian btw!). Topped with a beautiful Champagne and served in a frozen Svev coupe, it’s vibrant, elegant, and utterly delicious

Are you Free and Fancy a drink?

The Fancy Free is an ‘improved’ Old Fashioned with the ‘improved’ referring to the use of maraschino liqueur in place of sugar syrup. Hence, the stemmed glass and sugared rim have gone, giving way to a stirred, on-the-rocks, old-fashioned style cocktail. A bit more cherry, a bit sweeter, a bit more liquorish. Since we love our classics, the first known reference to the Fancy Free appears in Crosby Gaige’s 1940 Cocktail Guide and Ladies’ Companion.

Thank you for your dedication every single day. You’re truly an unmissable part of our group, and although your jokes are sometimes funny, we still wouldn’t want to miss them. As we have our hands more than full building the new place (and lack time) we don’t often have the time to shoot new drinks.
