A possibility to replace the current crab course which is a favourite but our chef is always creating & mixing things up as we like to keep our menus fresh & seasonal.

He’s off for a career change but you might still see him now & then when he comes back for some cameo appearances.

Matt has been such an asset to our little team, he’s been a true workhorse & kept the kitchen running smoothly on those crazy nights. We’ve loved the energy he brought each week into the kitchen & he’s simply the most awesome human.

We wish him all the best with his new career!
