WHO IS BRYAN GEE?
Bryan Gee is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in drum & bass, with a career spanning from the early rave era to today as a respected tastemaker, DJ, and A&R pioneer known for his legendary dubplate collection. Beginning as a reggae soundsystem selector in Cheltenham before moving to Brixton and partnering with Jumpin Jack Frost, he became an early champion of acid house and later worked for Outer Rhythm, where he learned the foundations of label management. As jungle evolved into drum ’n’ bass, Bryan teamed up with Roni Size and Krust to establish the iconic V Recordings label, helping define the celebrated “Bristol Sound” that achieved international acclaim, inspired countless producers, and played a major role in shaping modern drum ’n’ bass culture.

Laura King is a prominent figure in Australia’s techno and trance scene, known for blending global influences with a distinctly local, underground edge shaped by years of experience and the energy of Australian dance floors. Her intuitive, high-energy sets feature dynamic multi-deck mixing and genre-crossing sounds, combining hard dance, groove techno, hip hop vocals, and psychedelic elements into a unique, driving style. Alongside a decade-long DJ career, she is now refining her production work, recently releasing music on Selected Berlin, and continues to expand her global presence with major festival appearances, high-profile support slots alongside artists like Charlotte de Witte and Carl Cox.
