The whole Palace can be yours for private celebrations of 20–100 guests until 4pm. Christmas parties, engagements, weddings, milestone birthdays and anything else deserving of a roomful of your favourite people and a martini at Midday.

For one evening only, Gin Palace packed its bags and crossed state lines.
We travelled with an indecent quantity of gin, a pair of delightfully cute Captain’s hats, and every intention of behaving ourselves.
Reader, we failed magnificently.

90ml Martinis vanished as quickly as they were poured, wagers were placed on when the chicken sandwiches would run out, and Hains & Co., thanks to its extraordinary team, somehow managed to feel like home from the very first bell 🔔!

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Hains & Co. Bar , and to every one of you who squeezed into the room with us. We left utterly head over heels for you Adelaide.

World Gin Day returns Saturday June 13.
