Bar opens at 4pm Fridays.
The relaxing Castlemaine Jazz Lounge is on again at the inexplicable Maurocco Bar, Midland Hotel.

Ambient, background jazz music is performed from 5:30pm to 8:00pm featuring John on keyboard and clarinet; Julian on guitar, flute and electronic saxophone; and Peter on alto saxophone.

Maajela -- Announcing the release of our debut EP ‘Man Ke Andar’.
'Man Ke Andar' Launch w/ Pearl, Neon Goblin and Black Wattle Witches

Maajela invite you to the launch of their EP 'Man Ke Andar.' Three new songs join our two early single releases 'Jalna' and 'Bharaivi' to give you a five track EP that we feel reflect the bands formation of a sound. Based around the South Asian, African, Turkish and Middle-Eastern sounds, textures, and cultures we are all sonically encapsulated by at the moment.

We are so excited to share this with you, alongside Neon Goblin, Black Wattle Witches and Pearl who are huge influences and people we greatly respect in our beautiful scene.
