Dear Friends,

As another winter arrives, we’ll soon be taking a short break to spend time with family before returning for the second half of the year.

It’s hard to believe how quickly this year has passed.

As we prepare for a short winter break, we find ourselves reflecting on the rhythm of each day at the café and the people who have become such an important part of it.

For us, Bertoncello has never simply been about serving great coffee. From the beginning, our hope was to create a place where genuine hospitality could bring people together, where people felt welcome and wanted to return.

Over the years, what started as a café has become part of many people’s daily routines, celebrations and catch-ups. Seeing that become part of everyday life has been incredibly rewarding.

Later this year, Bertoncello marks ten years in Brunswick. We’ve been planning a few special occasions to celebrate this milestone, including the return of our Friday evenings and the popular Sparta Place Soirée. We hope you’ll be able to join us.
