The time has come to officially announce our;

It is our greatest pleasure to welcome back the incredibly talented, Chef Darcy to the MsBatterhams family, returning alongside Chef Travis our incredible Executive Chef. Not only are we excited to see Darcy’s smiling face back in the kitchen, we’re immensely proud to introduce MsB’s winter menu.

This menu offers the best of both worlds, reflecting the soulful passion and influence of Chef Darcy. Honing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe, our local Bendigo chef has returned home to blend world-class techniques with the finest local ingredients. The result is a menu crafted with unparalleled intention, flavour, and Michelin Star quality meals for travellers and our Bendigo community.

The gradual release of our new menu is perfectly timed for enjoyable autumn/winter evenings in our CBD arts precinct, where we closely neighbour the Bendigo and Ulumbarra Theatre. Pair your weekend or evening theatre experiences with drinks and meals to inspire the senses. Just imagine; Before the curtain rises, the culinary performance begins at Ms Batterhams or the perfect evening topped off with a wine or two after the show.

We’re delighted to be featured by Australian Traveller as part of Bendigo’s standout food experiences.

To be recognised in a city celebrated as a; UNESCO Creative City and Region of Gastronomy is a true honour.

We’re especially pleased to see mention of our sourdough crumpets with taramasalata, and of course, the story behind our ‘Winifred’ cocktail — a small tribute to a name that means so much to us.
