It can only mean one thing…
Spring is coming to The Dispensary. 🌸

Finno’s currently tucked away planning a stack of awesome events, dinners, and a few slightly ridiculous ideas for the warmer months.

There’ll be w**e. There’ll be cocktails. There’ll be great food. There’ll be stories. And, knowing Finno, there’ll probably be at least one idea that starts with “Righto… hear me out.”

Bendigo in Spring is bloody magnificent — and we intend to make the most of it.

Bendigo has turned on the cold, grey, where-did-summer-go? weather… and frankly, we’re here for it.

Ten years ago this week, we took a leap of faith.

We bought a little bar in Chancery Lane with more passion than money, a head full of ideas, and absolutely no guarantee it would work.

Ten years later...

Thousands of cocktails shaken. Thousands of bottles of w**e shared. Hundreds of menus created. Countless friendships made. First dates. Engagements. Birthdays. Anniversaries. Family celebrations. Long lunches that turned into evenings.

Memories that will last a lifetime.

The Dispensary has never just been about food and drinks. It's always been about people.

To every guest who's walked through our doors, every staff member who's poured their heart into this place, every local producer, w**emaker, brewer, distiller, musician and supplier who's been part of our story...
