We all watched in shock through our phones as one of the most tragic flash floods hit Nepal.
With so much destruction there is a long road to recovery.
UNICEF and Red Cross are working hard on the ground to support the thousands of people effected.

We wish to help them by donating all the door profits and a portion of bar sales to this cause.
Come and bring your friends to help us make a difference.

Ancient World is based on the land of the Kaurna People, sovereignty was never ceded.

SIMONA CASTRICUM — VILLAIN AUSTRALIAN TOUR

with guests Jason Sweeney and LXRP (Mel)

Friday 16 October 2026

Ancient World — Tarndanya [Adelaide]

“[A] defining voice in Melbourne's underground.” — NME

“One of Australia's most singular electronic artists.” — Swampland

Naarm/Melbourne artist and producer Simona Castricum brings her fifth studio album, Villain, to Tarndanya as part of her 2026 Australian tour, joined by Jason Sweeney and LXRP (Mel) at Ancient World.

Out 4 September via Castricum's own imprint Trans-Brunswick Express (T-BE), Villain pushes her collision of post-punk, electronic music, dream-pop and synth-wave into something bigger and more physical. Led by singles ‘Rupture’, ‘Outgrown’ and ‘Say Less’, the album was developed through Castricum's live performances with drummer Anetta Nevin, built around the exchange between drums, guitar, voice and electronics.
