Bags may be searched. ONE STRIKE POLICY APPLIES Guests who are involved in altercations including physical violence shall be detained by security and handed over to the police. Additionally, they shall receive a ban on attending Envy Nightclub. ​Inappropriate drunken behavior and harassment of other guests will not be tolerated. Security, host staff hold the right to refuse entry to any persons for any reason. Additionally, Staff have the right to refuse serving alcohol for reasons they deem sufficient cause. By entering the venue, you agree to these terms and conditions, and agree to being filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. If you do not meet the criteria for entry, you risk being refused at the door. Tickets are non-refundable.

RELEASE By entering the venue, guest legally or otherwise affirms they are 18+ years of age and consents to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by the Host & Venue or any of their affiliates, and also gives permission to put or use the photographs, films, to any legitimate uses it may seem proper; Guest does relinquish and give to Host right, title and interest in the finished pictures, negative, reproductions and copies of the original prints and negatives, and further grant the host right to exhibit the negatives, original prints or copies and facsimiles thereof to any individual, business firm, or publication or to any of this assignees and the circulate the same for any and all purposes and in any manner, including publications and advertisements or all kinds in the media. Guest further agrees and acknowledges that they have not, and will not claim to have, either under this agreement or otherwise, copyright, title, or interest of any kind or nature whatsoever, in and to any program of films or videotapes taken by which guest, appears. Guest releases the host, their associates, successors and assignees, from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion or the right of privacy, or any claim based on the use of said material. This release is made on behalf of guest and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and is to be governed by, but not limited to the laws of the state of South Australia. Host reserves the right to manipulate and adjust fundamental qualities and elements to suit commercial requirement. Guest on premises agrees to comply with the venue OH&S guidelines. The Host & venue reserves the right to refuse entry & terminate guest participation according to terms & conditions or otherwise. At all times Host does not cover or is liable or for death, any self-inflicted injuries, or injuries caused as the result of any accident (acts of God included), acts of violence or illegal activity. Host is not responsible or liable for Guest actions towards members of the public, private or to themselves. Guests involved or commit any dangerous or unlawful deed(s) bears full responsibility for their own actions.
