Staff Spotlight: Today, we celebrate our very own “Iron Lady” — Ann Strauss, our General Manager!

Ann is one of those incredible people who somehow makes the impossible look effortless. From managing breakfast service for our hotel guests, to overseeing three in-house functions, and then taking on the challenge of an outdoor function catering breakfast and lunch for 150 guests — all within just 3 hours!

Her dedication, determination, organisation and incredible skill set never cease to inspire us. She handles the pressure, keeps everything moving and somehow makes it all look like just another day at Bahia Bleu.

Today, we want to say THANK YOU, Ann, for your hard work, commitment and the passion you bring to everything you do. Your leadership inspires the team, and your ability to get things done is truly something special.
