**TEMPORARY SUPERVISION ROLE**
Responsibilities of a Restaurant Supervisor.
Leading the Service Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters.
Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers, take reservations, and seat them at tables.
Managing Table Assignments: Assign tables to servers, ensuring efficient service.
Coordinating Food and Beverage Service: Oversee the delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Handling Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Maintaining Records: Keep records of reservations.
Training New Staff: Train new servers and other service staff on restaurant operations
Providing Exceptional Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
Assisting with Events and Functions: Coordinate and assist with events, such as weddings Birthdays.
Daily Cash-up: Be responsible for performing daily cashups, which includes accurately counting and recording cash transactions.
Weekly stock take: Be responsible for conducting weekly stock takes to ensure our inventory levels are accurate.
