Pholas Meat & Malt is looking for a skilled and passionate Braaimaster to join our team!

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Braaimaster or grill cook.
Excellent knowledge of braai techniques and meat preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality service.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and braai meat to the highest standard.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Keep the braai station clean and organised.
Work efficiently with the kitchen and service team.
